Digital Marketing Account Coordinator

Enroll Media Group, LLC (EMG) is a Massachusetts-based digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofit K-12 schools and organizations achieve growth via marketing. 

The Account Coordinator will work closely with the whole EMG team — Account Managers, Campaign Manager, Creative Project Manager, Director of Operations and our President — to ensure EMG’s 60+ clients achieve or surpass their digital marketing goals. The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting our client’s digital marketing efforts by coordinating and managing digital advertising deliverables, assisting with platform needs, and helping to drive results for various digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing back-end, platform support for client advertising campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.
  • Conducting quality assurance tests for ad campaigns including evaluating their strategy, creative, landing pages, targeting, and user experience,  to ensure they are meeting client objectives
  • Assisting with copywriting and proofing short-form ad copy
  • Participation in in-person or virtual client meetings as needed
  • Keeping track of client marketing initiatives and industry trends
  • Assisting with creative design of landing pages, ad design, as well as marketing needs of EMG, such as presentations, trade show/conference collateral, as needed
  • Assembling reports and presentations for clients representing their digital marketing efforts
  • Creating and updating Google Analytics Dashboards
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

We want a self-motivated individual who is organized, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves for any number of tasks to ensure campaigns run successfully. Experience in a marketing agency or start-up environment is a plus.  Enroll Media Group, LLC is a small agency with 5 employees and 60+ clients nationwide and growing, making the Account Coordinator role a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to expand upon their digital marketing, project management, and forward-thinking agency skills. Must be a team player with a can-do, positive attitude. Other requirements include:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years working in a professional setting
  • Excellent copywriting and copyediting skills
  • Excellent organization skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Familiarity with landing page tools like HubSpot, WordPress or Unbounce
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager experience is a bonus
  • Experience  with Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Experience with search engine marketing campaigns (SEO, SMM, PPC) is a plus
  • Advertising Agency experience a plus
  • Organized, self-starter, and works well independently
  • Familiarity with school administration is a major plus, since that is our client base
  • Ability to travel to the Worcester office, client locations, and conferences on occasion is required but not frequent (less than 10x per year)

This is a full-time role that includes a salary commensurate with experience, paid time off, ability to work remote or in Enroll Media’s Worcester, MA office as needed. Office Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:00 pm with the ability to flex time as needed. Holidays and generous paid time off, including your birthday, are provided.
