Digital Marketing Account Manager & Strategist

The Digital Marketing Account Manager & Strategist will work closely with the whole EMG team and directly with the stakeholders at schools (Directors of Admission, Marketing, Communications, Development and Advancement), to ensure EMG’s partner schools achieve or surpass their digital marketing goals. This is a client-facing role responsible for helping coordinate and manage several digital marketing and advertising deliverables, balanced with back-end platform and content production work to ensure campaigns are created, executed, optimized and meeting goals.
Account Management & Strategist Responsibilities Include:
- Representing EMG to our clients as a leading digital marketing agency in the education industry
- Serving as a point of contact for a group of EMG’s clients, alongside our Account Team
- Leading and participating in in-person or virtual client meetings
- Developing internal and external meeting material, including agendas, defining objectives/goals of the discussion, and follow-up action
- The onboarding of new accounts and creating kickoff documents and media plans
- Assisting with platform set-up for digital campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
- Conducting quality assurance tests for ad campaigns including evaluating their strategy, creative, landing pages, targeting, user experience, to ensure they are meeting client objectives
- Copywriting and proofing ad copy or landing page copy
- Communicating account successes and issues/challenges promptly both internally and externally
- Developing and delivering monthly reports and analysis for digital campaigns
- Reviewing Looker Studio Analytics Dashboards with clients
- Reviewing Email Marketing and SEO deliverables with schools to empower them to improve their website and Communications Flow
- Staying ahead of enrollment marketing, and digital marketing industry trends
- Assisting with marketing and business development needs of the company, such as presentations, trade shows, and conferences, as needed
- Seeking out opportunities to bring additional value to clients through expansion of service offerings (new platforms, AI capabilities, services, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:

This person ideally has an entrepreneurial spirit and appreciation for the start-up mentality. Experience managing multiple projects in a marketing agency, school, or start-up environment is a must. - Must have experience working within an Advertising Agency or within school in a marketing or admission-related role
- Must have 5+ years experience working in a professional setting in a client or customer-facing role
- Professional Social Media Platform Experience (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Experience with Paid Search Engine Marketing (PPC)
- An Understanding or Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
- Email Marketing Experience
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization strategies
- Familiarity with landing page and CMS tools like HubSpot, WordPress, or Unbounce a plus
- Ability to communicate strongly both verbally and in writing
- Organized, self-starter, and works well independently and with a team
- The ability to travel to the Worcester Office, client locations, and conferences on occasion is required (less than 5x per year)

This is a full-time role that includes a salary commensurate with experience, with the ability to work 100% remotely, hybrid, or from Enroll Media’s Worcester, MA office. Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm with the ability to flex time as needed.
