Paid Ads Campaign Coordinator

Job Description:

Enroll Media Group, LLC (EMG) is a Massachusetts-based digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofit K-12 schools and education-related organizations achieve enrollment growth via marketing. 

The Paid Ads Campaign Coordinator would support EMG’s partner schools in building their digital enrollment marketing presence in front of niche audiences online. This role will work closely with the Account Strategists at EMG to ensure our 80+ clients achieve or surpass their digital marketing goals. 

The Paid Ads Coordinator is specifically responsible for setting up, managing, and monitoring advertising campaigns within Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and other self-serve platforms while supporting our Account Management team with client-directed initiatives like analytics, reporting, writing and more.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting up social media ad campaigns within platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. 
  • Setting up and managing paid search and display campaigns in Google, Microsoft, etc.
  • Setting up custom audiences and conversions in Meta, Google, Microsoft, GroundTruth, etc.
  • Conducting quality assurance tests for ad campaigns, including evaluating strategy, creative, landing pages, targeting, and user experience, to ensure they meet client objectives
  • Setting up Google Analytics goals and conversions in Google Tag Manager
  • Conducting keyword research with Google Trends, Search Console, etc.
  • Setting up tracking pixels and analytics tags
  • Assisting with ad copywriting and proofreading text
  • Assisting with report deliverables including analyzing ad performance and making strategic recommendations
  • Participating in virtual and in-person client meetings as necessary

Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years setting up and managing Paid Ads campaigns including Search (SEM) and Social Media (SMM)
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, both organic and paid strategies
  • Meta, Google Ads Certification, or another Paid Ads Certification
  • Experience writing ad copy for Google, Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms
  • Remote or Hybrid work experience
  • Team Player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Organized, creative and self-motivated

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with website SEO
  • Experience with OTT, CTV, GroundTruth, or other advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with landing page tools (HubSpot, WordPress, or Unbounce) 
  • Advertising agency experience
  • Familiarity with independent schools or higher education administration
  • Willingness to travel to the Worcester office, client locations, or conferences as needed (fewer than 3 times a year)

This is a full-time role that includes a salary commensurate with experience, paid time off, and the ability to work remotely or in Enroll Media’s Worcester, MA office as needed. Office Hours are Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5:00 pm with the ability to flex time as needed. Holidays and generous paid time off, including your birthday, are provided. Digital Analytics Specialist

Enroll Media Group, LLC (EMG) is a Massachusetts-based digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofit K-12 schools and education-related organizations achieve enrollment growth via marketing. 

The Digital Analytics Specialist will work closely with the entire Enroll Media Group team to ensure our 80+ clients achieve or surpass their digital marketing goals. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing digital marketing strategies for our partner schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing analysis and reporting, and at least 2 years of experience with tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager. They will be a resourceful individual, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the digital landscape, particularly in Google’s Marketing Suite, and Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram), and have a passion for data visualization tools like LookerStudio or PowerBI.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct Quality Assurance testing of all KPIs and Conversions across an array of digital ad campaigns and platforms (mainly Google and Meta). 
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for improving digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards via LookerStudio and Google Slides to track performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage and configure Google Analytics and Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in Meta Business Suite and other relevant platforms.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to tracking and analytics.
  • Develop and implement strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to optimize ad performance and ensure campaigns are running efficiently.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Participate in in-person or virtual client meetings as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years professional experience within a digital marketing analytics role
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager is required. Certification preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in HTML & JavaScript needed.
  • Experience in analyzing complex data sets for both planned and ad hoc analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Meta Business Suite and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical, soft and project management skills. 
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under little supervision. 

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio (looker Studio).
  • Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.
