Digital Marketing Account Manager

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will work closely with the whole EMG team, and directly with the stakeholders at schools, to ensure EMG’s clients achieve or surpass their digital marketing goals. This is a client-facing role responsible for helping coordinate and manage several digital marketing and advertising deliverables, balanced with back-end platform and content production work to ensure campaigns are created, executed, optimized, and meeting goals. 

Account Management Responsibilities Include:

  • Representing EMG to our clients as a leading digital marketing agency in the education industry 
  • Serving as a point of contact for a group of EMG’s clients, alongside our Account Team
  • Leading and participating in in-person or virtual client meetings 
  • Developing internal and external meeting material, including agendas, defining objectives/goals of the discussion, and follow-up action
  • The onboarding of new accounts and creating kickoff documents and media plans
  • Assisting with platform set-up for digital campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Conducting quality assurance tests for ad campaigns including evaluating their strategy, creative, landing pages, targeting, user experience,  to ensure they are meeting client objectives
  • Copywriting and proofing ad copy or landing page copy
  • Communicating account successes and issues/challenges promptly both internally and externally
  • Developing and delivering monthly reports and analysis for digital campaigns
  • Generating and reviewing Google Analytics and DataStudio Reports with clients
  • Keeping track of client marketing initiatives and industry trends
  • Assisting with marketing and business development needs of the company, such as presentations, trade shows, and conferences as needed
  • Seeking out opportunities to bring additional value to clients through expansion of service offerings
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

  • Must have Marketing/Advertising Agency, School Admissions, or School Marketing experience
  • Must have 3+ years experience working in a professional setting in a client or customer-facing role
  • Must have 1+ years of experience in Project Management or Advertising Management
  • Familiarity with landing page tools like HubSpot, WordPress, or Unbounce 
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager 
  • Professional Social Media Platform Experience (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Experience managing search engine marketing campaigns (SEO, SMM, PPC)
  • Ability to communicate strongly both verbally and in writing
  • Organized, self-starter, and works well independently
  • The ability to travel to the Worcester Office, client locations, and conferences on occasion is required (less than 5x per year)

This is a full-time role that includes a salary commensurate with experience, with the ability to work remotely, hybrid, or from Enroll Media’s Worcester, MA office. Office Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm with the ability to flex time as needed. Digital Marketing Paid Ads Campaign Coordinator

Job Description:

If you are a paid advertising professional with a passion for running powerful campaigns within digital ad platforms, Enroll Media wants to talk to you. Enroll Media Group, LLC (EMG) is a Massachusetts-based digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofit K-12 schools and education-related organizations achieve enrollment growth via marketing. 

The Digital Marketing Paid Ads Campaign Coordinator would support EMG’s partner schools in building their digital enrollment marketing presence in front of niche audiences online. This role will work closely with the Account Strategists at EMG to ensure our 80+ clients achieve or surpass their digital marketing goals. 

The Digital Marketing Paid Ads Coordinator is specifically responsible for setting up, managing, and monitoring advertising campaigns within Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and other self-serve platforms while supporting our Account Management team with client-directed initiatives like analytics, reporting, writing and more.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting up social media ad campaigns within platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. 
  • Setting up and managing paid search and display campaigns in Google, Microsoft, etc.
  • Setting up custom audiences and conversions in Meta, Google, Microsoft, GroundTruth, etc.
  • Conducting quality assurance tests for ad campaigns, including evaluating strategy, creative, landing pages, targeting, and user experience, to ensure they meet client objectives
  • Setting up Google Analytics goals and conversions in Google Tag Manager
  • Conducting keyword research with Google Trends, Search Console, etc.
  • Setting up tracking pixels and analytics tags
  • Assisting with ad copywriting and proofreading text
  • Assisting with report deliverables including analyzing ad performance and making strategic recommendations
  • Participating in virtual and in-person client meetings as necessary

Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years setting up and managing Paid Ads campaigns including Search (SEM) and Social Media (SMM)
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, both organic and paid strategies
  • Meta, Google Ads Certification, or another Paid Ads Certification
  • Experience writing ad copy for Google, Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms
  • Remote or Hybrid work experience
  • Team Player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Organized, creative and self-motivated

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with website SEO
  • Experience with OTT, CTV, GroundTruth, or other advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with landing page tools (HubSpot, WordPress, or Unbounce) 
  • Advertising agency experience
  • Familiarity with independent schools or higher education administration
  • Willingness to travel to the Worcester office, client locations, or conferences as needed (fewer than 3 times a year)
