The Operations Director will manage all Finance, Personnel & Human Resources-related needs for the company. This person will work closely with the entire Enroll Media Group (EMG) Team - The President, Account Director, Creative Designer, Campaign Manager, and bookkeeper, to ensure EMG’s operations are running smoothly to help foster a dynamic working culture with mostly remote employees. If Full-time, the candidate would also be expected to support several client projects and business development needs, making this a fantastic role for someone who enjoys working within the education-marketing space and helping to shape a growing company. 

Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management

  • Service as a liaison between benefits providers and EMG employees
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR documents with employee information
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
  • Champion and build team culture by tracking, celebrating, and highlighting important team, employee and company milestones
  • Process Employee payroll, paid-time-off & expense reports

Billing & Financial Coordination

  • Assist the Accounting Department and Bookkeeper with AP/AR, data entry, coding, and other administrative duties when necessary
  • Process Contractor and Vendor payments
  • Administer Monthly Client Invoices & statements
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies with Bookkeeper
  • Communicate and proof assets for the Accountant as needed
  • Log travel expenses and receipts

Administrative Client & Business Development Support

  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities for leadership 
  • Create meeting agendas and presentations for sales calls
  • Assist in managing tasks within the project management system
  • Check company general voicemail & email and forward to the appropriate party
  • Assist President & Director with proposals and other business development needs
  • Assist with planning corporate events and trade shows
  • Oversee ordering, shipping, and tracking of client gifts and office supplies
  • Book travel arrangements for teams and clients
  • Work closely with Creative Manager/Designer on corporate collateral/creative needs
  • Execute special projects for President and Account Director as requested

  • 5+ years working in an administrative management role
  • Human Resource & Benefits Management Experience a plus
  • Google Business Suite Experience (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Google Slides, etc.)
  • Advertising Agency experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks 
  • Ability to travel to Worcester Office, client locations, and conferences on occasion is required (less than 10x per year)

Digital Marketing Project Manager 

 

Job Description:

Enroll Media Group, LLC is a Massachusetts-based digital marketing agency dedicated to helping nonprofit K-12 schools achieve growth via marketing. 

The Marketing Project Manager will work closely with the whole team - The Account Director, Campaign Manager, Creative Project Manager as well as President, to ensure EMG’s 50+ clients achieve or surpass their digital marketing goals. This is a client-facing role responsible for helping coordinate several digital marketing and advertising deliverables, balanced with back-end work to ensure campaigns are optimized and meeting goals. 


Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as a point of contact for a group of clients, alongside our Account Director
  • Representing Enroll Media Group (EMG) to our clients (schools)
  • Participating in and leading in-person or virtual client meetings 
  • Developing internal and external meeting material, including agendas, defining objectives/goals of the discussion, and follow-up action
  • Creating the onboarding of new accounts with Kick-Off Documents and Media Plans
  • Assist with platform set-up for digital campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Assist with copywriting and proofing short-form ad copy
  • Conducting quality assurance tests for ad campaigns including evaluating their strategy, creative, landing pages, targeting, user experience,  to ensure they are meeting client objectives
  • Communicating account successes and issues/challenges in a timely manner both internally and externally
  • Developing Monthly Reports and Analysis for digital campaigns
  • Generating and reviewing Google Analytics and DataStudio Reports with clients
  • Keeping track of client marketing initiatives and industry trends
  • Assisting with marketing and business development needs of the company, such as presentations, trade shows, and conferences as needed
  • Seeking out opportunities to bring additional value to clients through expansion of service offerings
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

  • Experience working within Social Media Platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Experience managing search engine marketing campaigns (SEO, SMM, PPC)
  • 3+ years experience working in a professional setting in a client or customer-facing role
  • Advertising Agency experience a plus
  • Project Management or Account Management Experience
